With my varied blog posts, you can get tips on how to navigate many different situations. Gaining insight and increasing understanding of what it is like to live with gluten sensitivity is an ongoing process. It is important to always be attentive, be able to anticipate and avoid risks when traveling, in restaurants, in social events, cafes and in the store when you shop. With 35 years of experience of living as a gluten-sensitive person, I can today share with you what it is like to avoid traps and dangers, from both everyday life and travel. It means a severely limited life to always be forced to think gluten-free. Never being able to relax is time-consuming and tiring many times.

Be inspired by a really tasty gluten-free breakfast on toasted rye bread with avocado, cucumber, poached egg and grilled peppers.
My life as a gluten-sensitive person is really tough, but I love good food, anything that’s really nom nom, yum yum you know! I think it should be yummy without compromise! Being able to enjoy gluten-free deliciousness is just as important for gluten-sensitive gourmets as it is for everyone else, right?
Who are we?
I started Yummiest Blog as a place for those of us who live with gluten sensitivity but are often misunderstood because it is not the same as diagnosed celiac disease. Those with celiac disease can tolerate a certain amount of gluten but those of us who are gluten sensitive cannot tolerate anything. We want to feel understood without being questioned and here we can share our thoughts and experiences among like-minded people in a nice community. Read more about us at Who are we?
Yummy pictures
With the photo gallery I want to show the joy of gluten-free food as an oasis to draw inspiration from. In the midst of the challenges, I also want to take the opportunity to remind you how delicious it can still be, even though it’s gluten-free. It’s sure makes everyone else’s mouth water who doesn’t have to keep a strict gluten-free diet, right? What do you think? Check out my photo gallery Yummy Pictures
Gluten-free then and now
Unfortunately, there are a lot of prejudices that gluten-free is boring, tasteless, dry and dull! Yes, 30 years ago it was like that. Thankfully, times have changed and now the variety is much better. I could never have imagined that in my wildest imagination 30 years ago. So now it tastes just as good for everyone, whether you are gluten-sensitive or not! Bon Appetite!😋😛🤪
To be able to fully enjoy food, I take the enzyme supplement GlutenEase Extra Strength for my hypersensitivity reactions, NCGS (Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity).
Does that make your mouth water? Great! Let’s go!
