Who are we?

We are a community for those of us with high sensitivity to gluten but not diagnosed with celiac disease. Here we talk about reality, about cross-contamination that ruins an entire week, about restaurant visits that require courage, about trips that requires planning and sometimes a packed lunch in your bag.

Ideally, it should be yummy too, right? That’s why we explore together how delicious, rewarding and socially enjoyable it can still be to live with such an extremely complicated hypersensitivity.

Community Guidelines

We listen to each other without questioning each other’s symptoms. We share experiences and let each person be the expert on their own body. The purpose is support, lifestyle inspiration and shared experiences, not medical comparisons or debates.

This is a place to feel understood, not questioned. Here we focus on those of us who experience symptoms even at very low levels of gluten exposure, including cross-contamination and wheat starch sensitivity.
