My Honest Reviews on Gluten-Free Bread

Shaer Gluten- and Wheat Starch Free Sourdough bread and Crisp bread Reviews – I give 6 out of 10 on both of them:

SHAER SOFT BREAD

The Sourdough bread is ok taste, good texture, ready sliced and juicy but sticky and glues to the teeth. Contains preservatives even though it says on the packaging that it is preservative-free. Strong yeast smell. Does not crumble. Perfect for making double sandwich.

SHAER CRISP BREAD

The Crisp bread is crispy and easily chewable. Good flavour and good texture but breaks easily into both bigger and smaller pieces, crumbles a lot. Unnecessary with vitamin enrichment and I’m not happy with modified potato starch.

BIG PLUS

Both breads are easy to pack for travel kit.
